1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qq55", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the qq55 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://qq55.io.
• "Platform" means the qq55 website, mobile browser interface, and all related services, tools, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the qq55 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on qq55 following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's qq55 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by qq55 that are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable as real money until those requirements are met.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by qq55 before withdrawal access is granted to any account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on qq55. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. qq55 is not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The qq55 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of applicable local regulations. qq55 makes no representation as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operational territory.

2.5 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qq55 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified qq55 of a suspected breach of account security.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

All players are required to complete qq55's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal access is granted. KYC verification requires the submission of valid documentary evidence of identity and address, which may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months.

3.2 Verification of Payment Methods

qq55 may additionally require verification of the payment methods used to fund a player's account, including confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered to the player's qq55 account is held in the player's own name. Funds deposited from payment methods registered to third parties may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Right to Request Additional Information

qq55 reserves the right to request further documentation or information from any player at any time, including in connection with withdrawal requests, bonus claims, or unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period specified by qq55 may result in the suspension of account withdrawal functionality until the request is satisfied.

3.4 AML Compliance

qq55 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with those applied by Bangladeshi mobile financial service providers. Transactions and account activity are monitored for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. qq55 reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qq55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a player's qq55 balance in real time, usually within 30 seconds of the transfer being initiated. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be reflected in a player's account balance. qq55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qq55 accepts no liability.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Specific minimum and maximum amounts for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction within the qq55 Platform. These limits may be subject to change and may differ based on account verification status and transaction history.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's account must have passed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Balance that has not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name; (d) qq55 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion, including requests for supporting documentation.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

qq55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically settled within a few hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days to appear in the recipient's account depending on the receiving institution. qq55 is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

qq55 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods stated in the specific promotion terms applicable to each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Balance must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before it converts to real-money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagers placed on live casino games, fishing games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirement fulfilment.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qq55 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged wagers for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine risk; and any other conduct that qq55 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

qq55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonus offers are made at qq55's sole discretion and no player has an entitlement to receive any bonus or promotional offer. qq55's decisions in relation to bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment calculations, and promotion outcomes are final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

qq55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) the player's account does not hold sufficient real-money Balance to cover the stake; (b) the bet is placed after an event has concluded or markets have been suspended; (c) the bet is placed at odds that qq55 determines to have been published in error; or (d) qq55 reasonably suspects the bet forms part of a coordinated wagering pattern intended to exploit the Platform.

6.2 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all casino games available on qq55 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the respective Game Providers. qq55 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by the Game Provider's system shall be considered definitive.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on qq55, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on suspended markets or events that are abandoned without a result being declared are settled in accordance with qq55's sport-specific settlement rules published within the Platform.

6.4 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the recording or calculation of a bet or game outcome, qq55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players' accounts. qq55 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures attributable to Game Provider systems or telecommunications infrastructure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq55 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on qq55.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to genuine qq55 transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent the Platform's security controls.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain a financial advantage over qq55.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompilation of any software component; or use of any qq55 branding or trademarks without prior written consent from qq55.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq55 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with any bet, game outcome, or Platform feature.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside qq55's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet service provider failures, or actions of third-party Game Providers.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or event information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qq55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law. qq55's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their qq55 account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

qq55 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, and gameplay activity. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by qq55's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on qq55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. qq55 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and qq55's servers, and implements access controls consistent with industry-standard security practices to protect player data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

qq55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their qq55 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, qq55 will process any pending withdrawal of real-money Balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4, provided that the account passes any applicable verification checks. Bonus Balance that has not fulfilled applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Account Suspension or Closure by qq55

qq55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) qq55 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) qq55 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account; or (d) the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a period specified by qq55. In cases of suspension or closure due to Terms violations, qq55 may withhold any Balance pending investigation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and qq55 arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. qq55 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the matter through such further dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under applicable law.

qq55's decisions in relation to bet settlement, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Players accept that the records held by qq55's systems constitute the definitive record of all transactions, bets, and game outcomes in the absence of evidence of system malfunction.
